My name is Flemming Friisdahl and I am an experienced travel executive who has dedicated nearly 25 years to serving the Canadian travel agent community. As a firm believer in the importance of travel professionals and the positive impact they make on consumers, I have always kept their best interests at the forefront of everything I have done throughout my career.

As the founder of The Travel Agent Next Door that launched in March 2014, my focus is on catering exclusively to home-based travel agents and smaller agencies needs in Canada, providing strategic direction, full back office services and delivering innovative marketing programs designed to maximize profitability. Together with our many partners, The Travel Agent Next Door brings more than 200 years of travel marketing and sales leadership experience to the agent community. Our company firmly believes that experience, accountability, knowledge and comfort are the key ingredients that make up a recipe for professional success and earning the customer’s trust.
